After you've done your power profile testing and reviewed your data in TrainingPeaks' WKO+, what’s
next? Good question! What you have now learned about yourself are your gross strengths and weaknesses.
This knowledge is a good thing and certainly helpful in designing your training, but there's more. If you're a sprinter,
what kind of sprinter are you? Are you a sprinter with a blisteringly fast snap so that no one can beat you in
the final 100m dash to the line? Or are you a sprinter who can go from 350m out and then go so fast
that no one can even come around you? What if your strength is VO2Max and your 5-minute power is good,
but your 3-minute power is way above and beyond your category? Or maybe your power at 5 minutes is okay but
your power doesn’t really drop off much at all when you get all the way out to 8 minutes?
In order to calculate your fatigue profile, please enter the watts from your testing in the "watts" column
below. Upon completion, click the calculate button to view your fatigue ratings.
