Gluten Free Meal Plan: Celiac Disease is becoming more recognized in the medical and nutrition fields. It is estimated that 1 in 133 Canadians are affected by Celiac Disease. This does not include the number of people who suffer from Gluten Intolerance. Peaks Coaching Group recognizes the importance of education about which foods you can and cannot eat on a gluten free diet. It is paramount to your success that you recognize hidden sources of gluten in the diet. Peaks Coaching Group will set you up with proper lists of foods that are gluten free and tips on what to look for on labels.
