Background:

Robin began riding 10 years ago and has seriously been racing for eight. Robin had a knee injury that left her with the choice to swim or cycle and she chose cycling. Robin began racing mountain bikes and quickly transitioned into road cycling. She slowly worked her way up the regional and national level.

Robin races professionally for the NOW for Novartis for MS and is the current National Road Race Champion. Robin has been a pro rider for several years and is an aggressive all-around rider and has become one of the strongest climbers in the country. Robin had numerous top 10 finishes in 2009 and was her team’s top ranked NRC rider and has started off 2010 riding strong.

As well as being a strong rider Robin also coaches a wide variety of riders. Robin has enjoying coaching cycling clients for a number of years. She works closely with each client and makes sure that they achieve their goals.

At the age of 13, before I met Robin, my dad was coaching me and I couldn’t find the difference between the father 
 figure and the coach figure. I would enter a race, get dropped and then get frustrated and think how could I ever be 
 faster and stronger. Two years later I would never have thought that I could beat up on women twice my age. I could’ve

I am a late-blooming triathlete, former marathon runner and a personal trainer by vocation. I began to work with Robin this winter to help me get stronger on the bike. I know how demanding workouts can be and Robin’s sessions are no exception but they certainly pay off. I just competed in the Over the Mountain Olympic Triathlon, the one everyone says is “so hard” due to the very hilly bike 40K. It was definitely a challenge but I ranked 1st in my age group on the bike segment! Mission accomplished! I will continue to have Robin coach me so I can become even faster and more powerful for all my future races.
