Background:

Bill Earthman is a full time multi sport endurance coach. Whether it’s an Ironman, multi-day race, or an Xterra, he knows how to help you succeed.

Bill’s clients include physicians, a nurse, an attorney, a banker, a stay at home mom and more. Every athlete is facing the same challenge, “How do I get better, faster and stronger with limited time to train”?

Bill’s goal is to protect you from injury and overtraining while simultaneously increasing your speed and endurance.

Bill Earthman is a diverse endurance athlete himself. Competing in multiple full and half Ironman races, Mas o Menos and other 100K Mountain Bike Races, BC Bike Race, Xterra, stage road races, Cyclocross, and more.

Whether it’s running, swimming, or biking, Bill has the knowledge to push you to success. “Choose your race and he knows how tailor your training schedule to fit your needs”, Shawn Bourdon, BSN, San Antonio, Brooke Army Medical Center.

“I have a full library of endurance workouts to choose from. Customizing these workouts into a specific training plan, allows you to learn faster and avoid disappointment”. Bill Earthman

Hiring a coach means:

  • A shorter learning curve.
  • Feedback and communication regarding how and what you should be doing.
  • Ultimately making you stronger, faster and better at your sport.
  • Even Eagles Need a Push!
“Personal experience has shown me that communication with your coach is the key to satisfaction. I like to hear how my athletes are doing.” Bill Earthman

Bill Earthman enjoys living in the Texas Hill Country with his wife and two sons. Durango is their favorite place to train and hang out. He has been working in corporate America for over 20 years, finally owning and selling his personal business which allowed him the opportunity to pursue his dream job of being a full time endurance coach.

Good luck and have fun with whatever you choose to do! Bill

Personal Testimonies:

Bill began coaching me in 2008 for the Texas Mountain Bike Racing (TMBRA) Series. In a few short months I was finishing races in the top 10. The TMBRA races are a series of six races ranging in difficulty and length. I am a Cat 2 racer, and finished sixth in the series. I’m proud of my accomplishment as I had little time to train being a full time attorney, husband and father of two. I would recommend Bill for anyone wanting to raise their level of racing to the next extreme.
Drew Richman, Attorney at Law, San Antonio, Texas

I began training with Bill in the spring of 2008. My goal was to qualify for the 70.3 World Championships. My first race was about a month later where I was psyched to have won my age group! We focused on strengthening my bike and raising my fatigue threshold on the run. During my second race I had my fastest bike splits and my best overall time to date. If you listen to what he recommends you will improve!
Shawn Bourdon, BSN, San Antonio, Texas, Brook Army Medical Center.
