Testimonials
"Four years of training with Jim have been tremendously helpful. I am a master level cyclist who competes in time trials.
Under Jim's helpful tutelage, my performances have steadily improved. I am now consistently achieving personal best
results. Jim has a solid understanding of how to approach time trials both in terms of the training required and the
techniques to use during a race. I have learned how to effectively use indicators like heat rate and power, and how to
manage my effort throughout a time trial. The best outcome of Jim's coaching has been improved confidence and enjoyment
of my sport."

“Jim Glover brings dedication, enthusiasm and broad experience to his coaching practice. I benefited greatly from
Jim’s advice and technical skills as I prepared for my recent and successful master’s hour record performance.”
- Mike Nash, World Hour Record holder 40-44 year olds. National Pursuit Champion, Silver in Scratch and Silver in 750m ITT.
"I have enjoyed a great coaching experience with Jim. He has enabled me to understand my strengths and weaknesses (I never would have believed I could sprint before working with him), and to gradually increase my endurance, skills and confidence level. He has provided me with the tools that have enabled me to actually learn to train, to understand the purpose of the different components of an exercise program, and to balance my "real-life" responsibilities with cycling.
I could cite many examples of improvement under his tutelage, but the most salient is my time-trialing ability: on a weekly 15 km local series, I have been able to go from an average speed of 39 to 44 km/h. I couldn't have done it without Jim's expertise and support."
- Rod Diaz, road racer.
