Race Team

Peaks Coaching Group sponsors a national and international amateur (non-elite) racing team lead by Coach Gary Hoffman. Our team is a registered USA Cycling race team with its home base in Virginia. The team is open to both Peaks coaches and Peaks coached athletes. While our racers will be competing locally and regionally, our team goals center on the pursuit of national and world championship at masters and juniors levels. Racers will compete in road events, (criterium, road race and time trials), cyclocross, track and mountain bike events.

We will be posting race schedules and results later in the season.

More information concerning sponsorship will be forthcoming when it becomes available.

There is a $40 annual registration fee and there are three ways to sign up:

• Coaches and coached athletes can sign up at the Peaks Coaching Group store.
• Coaches and athletes can also join with a sign-up at their next monthly pay period; please speak to Gary or Juliann at the Peaks Coaching Group headquarters for details.

Team members are encouraged to purchase a jersey and shorts as a team kit is required for USA cycling events. Team members receive a discount on team clothing. Please see the Peaks Coaching Group store for details.
