Margaret Kadlick - I have been coaching cyclists since 1997, and in 1999 I established Kadlick Coaching Services, a coaching and consulting business dedicated to improving the performance of cyclists in the Northeast. In 2004 I joined with Peaks Coaching Group in order to more actively promote cycling as a safe, healthy, and effective mode of transportation, recreation, and sport. I take a comprehensive and detailed approach to helping you achieve your goals. By analyzing your current level of fitness, helping you set goals and implementing your personalized training program. Through technology and communication, I will help you challenge yourself to higher levels of fitness that will yield better results. As a coach I feel it is my responsibility to help you exceed your limits and perform at a higher level than you ever thought possible. I started out in the fitness field as a personal trainer in 1993. I always enjoyed working with athletes and loved cycling. In 1998, I designed a I am the Vice President of The Minuteman Road Club. MRC is located in the Metro West region of Massachusetts. I am also the Woman’s director of MRC and have been working to build the women’s cycling program in New England. MRC are the promoters of several NE classic road races and multi-sport events. The Sterling Classic which is in it’s tenth year and The Fitchburg Longsjo Classic Stage Race. If cycling is a passion, then coaching is the solution. Every cyclist knows that successful riding and competition are the results of dedication, discipline, and demanding the most of body and mind.
