Payment Information And Registration Cancellation Policies
Payment Information
- There is an initial consultation fee for all training plans. This varies depending upon the program. It takes a lot of work up front on our part to get you started, and we need to cover the cost of the initial extra time it takes to develop your training plan.
- Initial Fee and 1st Month's Payment due up front, before your plan is written.
- It is not necessary to pay for the entire commitment period up front, you may pay monthly.
- Payment for all Coaching Services, due on the 5th of the Month coached.
- It is acceptable to change Coaching Levels during your commitment, as long as you go up in Coaching Services, and you do not return to a level lower than your previous commitment.
Cancellation Policy
If you decide to terminate services with The Peaks Coaching Group, Inc., We require 30 days notice up front to your cancellation date. For example, if you decide you want to cancel on April 5th, we require that you tell us on March 5th. If you do not tell us until the 4th of April, then we will charge your card to the extent of your contracted plan - one month, in most cases. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS TERMINATION POLICY.
Breaks in Coaching Service:
If you know you would like to re-start with the Peaks Coaching Group after a break in service, the above cancellation/notification policy still applies (i.e. you must give 30 days advance notice of this break or be charged the full extent of your contract) and…
- There is NO guarantee when you return that the coach you previously had will still be available. Each coach only has so many coaching slots they can handle and cannot 'hold' a slot. All efforts will be made to have the athlete re-engage with their previous coach, if at all possible.
- You must pay another start-up fee upon resuming coaching service unless you meet both of the special resumption of service conditions described below.
- In addition, if, and only if, you have met both of the following special resumption of service conditions, you may be eligible to apply any unused portion of already paid coaching services to your first month upon re-joining the coaching group. You must request this special re-joining incentive through your coach and a Peaks Coaching Group Staff.
Special Resumption of Service Conditions:
- Your break in service is less than 60 days.
- Upon cancellation of service, you notify your coach and the Peaks Coaching Group of your intentions to resume and provide the date you wish to re-start your coaching service.
Camp & Event Registration and Cancellation Policies
Registration
A non-refundable $500.00 deposit is due at time of registration for camps and custom clinics. The balance will be due 30 days prior to the event. If you sign up within 30 days, full payment is due with your registration.
Full payment is required for clinics and seminars at the time of registration.
Cancellation Policy for Camps and Custom Clinics

We hope you do not have to cancel, but if it is absolutely necessary, your $500 deposit is non-refundable.

Full refund minus the deposit will be given back if you cancel more than 30 days prior to the camp, assuming you paid the full amount.
- Less than 30 days, sorry, no refund amount.
Cancellation of Clinics & Seminars

We hope you do not have to cancel, but if it is absolutely necessary, 50% of your registration is non-refundable if notice of cancellation is given more than 30 days prior to the event.

Full refund minus the deposit will be given back if you cancel more than 30 days prior to the camp, assuming you paid the full amount.

Less than 30 days, sorry, no refund amount.
The Peaks Coaching Group reserves the right to cancel a camp. We will do so within 30-45 days prior to the beginning of the camp. In this event, a full refund will be issued. The Peaks Coaching Group is not responsible for fees associated with planning your trip, such as airfare.
If you have to cancel for any reason, the balance of your deposit may be transferred to an alternate camp in that same calendar year, only if we receive notice 60 days prior to the camp for which you originally registered. No refunds will be given for a second cancellation.
Exceptions to this policy cannot be made for any reason, including weather.
