The first step in structured training!
This is a basic guideline to help you focus better and give you a bit of structure in your training. It is a monthly plan that is based around your goals, your fitness level and the time of season. We will talk several times a month and discuss your improvements, concerns, races and/or upcoming training sessions. This is a great plan for touring cyclists, beginning racers and fitness enthusiasts just getting into training.
The Bronze Plan includes:
- A customized monthly training plan built just for you!
- Your key workouts outlined and explained in detail.
- A Certified Peaks Coach that best fits your needs.
- Start–up phone call with review of your Initial packet and goal setting assistance.
- Two monthly phone calls, 15 minutes each, athlete initiated.
- Five to ten emails per month answered in 48 hours.
- One revision of your plan per 6 weeks.
- Basic Nutritional Guidance.
- Complete off-season training plan included, with indoor trainer workouts, cross-training exercises, our Yoga for Cyclists packet, and full winter support.
- Heart Rate Monitoring and review of one Heart Rate download weekly if applicable.
- Basic strength training & flexibility recommendations
