This is the plan for the athlete who is ready to make a serious commitment to their training and desires to achieve their maximum. It is a very detailed daily plan that focuses you and turns you into a winning machine! It is based on your time constraints, goals, fitness level and desire! The level of interaction is high and the level of detail and instruction very specific. Your workouts are written in watts! If you are ready to have every detail addressed, then it is time to go for the Gold!
The Gold Plan Includes:
- Greater detail in your training plan descriptions and an even higher level of interaction with your coach!
- Detailed training plans delivered every 1-2 weeks.
- All workouts described in detail.
- Your workouts written in watts!
- A Certified Peaks Coaching Group Coach that you select to best help you in achieving your goals.
- Start –up Phone call with review of your Initial packet and goal setting.
- One to two program revisions per month built in.
- Four monthly phone calls, up to 30 minutes each, two coach initiated, others- Athlete initiated
- Up to 30 e-mails per month answered in 48 hours.
- Nutritional Guidance.
- Complete off-season training plan included, with indoor trainer workouts based on wattage when appropriate, cross-training exercises, our Yoga for Cyclists packet, and full winter support.
- Fitness Testing—We’ll test you to optimize your Cadence, wattage zones, HR zones, and every 4-6 weeks, will re-test and give you detailed results of your fitness improvements!
- Complete Power-meter monitoring of your fitness progression and analysis of key workouts using CyclingPeaksSoftware.
- Detailed strength training & flexibility programs to meet your sport specific needs.
