Join Hunter Allen and Peaks Coaching Group for our second annual fall training camp in beautiful south central Pennsylvania. This camp is designed to teach cyclists of all abilities and styles how to use their historical power data to plan the perfect 2010 season. Hunter and his team will teach you how to identify your strengths and weaknesses, how to develop a periodization plan and improve results of each phase of their training. Each athlete will go through a series of personal physical and bio-mechanics tests such as FACT Lactate, Spin Scan Pedal Analysis, RAMP, Watts/Kilo Testing and more in an effort to better understand your baseline abilities and then use this information, along with your past power data to improve your training plan for 2011.

During the five day camp you’ll experience an excellent blend of morning educational seminars, picturesque fall foliage rides, and afternoon baseline testing and planning. Breakfast and dinner will be supplied by the Allenberry Restaurants, Lodge and Playhouse (www.allenberry.com), a fifty-seven acre resort located in historic Boiling Springs, Pennsylvania. All the while our coaching staff will be working with you to offer tips and advice, lead each ride, keep your bikes in top shape and make this a camp to remember. This is the Ultimate in coaching services! Hunter or one of the very top coaches at PCG will come to your house and ride with you one weekend every three months, or go with you to the races on that weekend. We will even come to you in Europe or other parts of the world (travel and accommodations paid for by the athlete). The absolute highest level of interaction and attention from your coach in order to help you achieve your goals, from either Hunter Allen himself or one of his handpicked elite coaches. Weekly training plans and daily phone calls. All of the best, including scientific testing on a monthly basis, detailed analysis of your riding performance, free bike fit and discounted EMG pedaling analysis & instruction to get you started off on the right foot! Only one client per coach maximum for this level of service. Your coach becomes your best friend and is on call for you 24hours a day! Complete off-season training plan included, with indoor trainer workouts based on wattage, cross-training exercises, our Yoga for Cyclists packet, and full winter support.
