As a health and fitness enthusiast and athlete, I have been in the Fitness and Nutrition Industry for 12 years. Following my early passion for the human body I received my HBA Kinesiology Degree from the University of Western Ontario. From here I went on to become a Personal Trainer (NSCA Certified-1998) and eventually a Health Club Manager.

With my interest in nutrition continuing to grow I went back to school to become a Registered Holistic Nutritionist with the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. With a never ending enthusiasm for the human body I continue to feed my interests and am currently specializing in Sports Nutrition and Personal Training for athletes. More recently I have become a Sports Nutrition Consultant. I have a true passion for Sports Nutrition and helping athletes reach their fullest potential I believe that athletes often undermine their training by not fueling their bodies with proper nutrition as well as not timing their nutrition optimally for performance gains. With my knowledge both as an athlete and someone educated in the field of nutrition I know that I can help athletes to get the extra edge in their sports through proper nutrition strategies.

I have been an athlete for most of my adult life both as a Varsity Freestyle Wrestler and now as a Professional Road Cyclist. I have been a Professional Athlete since 2007 and have raced both nationally and internationally. I have had the opportunity to compete at World Cup Races, the 2007 Pan Am Games as well as in Europe. As a road cyclist I have the opportunity to use my own body as an experiment for recovery and race nutrition. This has also given me the opportunity to try many nutritional products on the market while training and racing.

As a driven, motivated, educated athlete, nutritionist and trainer, I can help you reach your goals.
