This plan is more structured and provides more specific workouts to do throughout the week and more instruction in the planning and goal setting area. Your key workouts are written in wattage if you have a power meter. Every month you will receive a guideline for you to follow and make sure that you are focusing on the proper type of training for that time of the season. You will have more interaction with your coach and this is where training with power really gets started. It is definitely a plan for someone who is serious and ready to take the next step in racing and training!

Monthly charge for Silver level service is $200/mo.

The Silver Plan Includes:

• Customized training plans delivered every 2-3 weeks.
• Your key workouts outlined and explained in detail.
• A Certified Peaks Coaching Group Coach that you select to best help you.
• Start –up Phone call with review of your Initial packet and goal setting.
• Much higher level of description in your training plan.
• More interaction with your coach.
• One revision per month built into the program.
• Your key workouts written in watts and/or heart rate!
• Weekly phone calls. Each call is 15 minutes. Your coach will initiate one of these calls; you will initiate the rest. These can also be done as two, 30-minute calls.
• 8 emails per month answered in 48 hours.
• Complete off-season training plan included, with indoor trainer workouts, cross-training exercises, our Yoga for Cyclists packet, and full winter support.
• Fitness testing to determine Heart Rate and Power training zones.
• Heart Rate Monitoring and review of Heart Rate downloads.
• Power Meter monitoring and review of power meter downloads using CyclingPeaksSoftware.
• Strength training & flexibility recommendations.
