These plans are some of the most advanced training plans of their kind with all workouts based around the incredibly specific and unique demands that is Battenkill.  When was the last time you raced up a gravel road?  What gearing should you use?  Will it be a flat out Vo2 max effort or something that you should pace?  What happens if you flat? Will you be fit enough and prepared for the chase?   The online webinars are worth it alone, just to get this opportunity to learn from one of the best coaches in the business.   The time is now to make your Battenkill the best ever!

 

There are two levels of plans available. Category 1-2 racers should utilize the advanced plans.
