As a consumer I would only say, I like the way you coach. I like your approach to cycling and to people in general. I chose you, not the other way around. Having been immersed int he CTS culture, I don't feel like I'm missing anything. Stay the way you are, I am adjusting to the mentality of an athlete. You are already there.
