   Hiring BJ to do a bike fit was the best investment I have made with the money that I have spent on cycling. I had spent thousands of dollars to buy a reasonably good bike from a local bike shop and been "fitted" by them. Yet I never felt particularly safe descending and when riding on the flats my speed never seemed to match what my power output suggested it should be. I also frequently had upper back and neck pain.

   After BJ's fitting, I felt much safer descending and noticed a substantial improvement in my speed. I have also had much less upper back and neck pain. BJ was extraordinarily meticulous in the fitting process and willingly explained why he was making the various changes in my bike setup. I highly recommend his services.
