Jane Adams

   Adnan has had a tremendous impact on my racing performance. I feel extremely confident placing my training in his hands. I have raced mountain bikes for a few years but only last year with Adnan did I experience real training. Before Adnan began to coach me I would ride as hard and as much as possible. Now he tailors my training schedule around my hectic work life. In 2006 through Adnan's coaching I won two mountain bike series championship titles. Each time I placed my wheel on the start line I did so with a new found confidence. This season I have upgraded to Pro and now race for Maverick - none of which would have been possible with out Adnan's efforts as a truly committed, experienced and knowledgeable coach.
