   At the beginning of the year, I went to BJ to be fitted on my new bike. I was impressed by how he explained the reasoning behind everything he did. He made some minor adjustments and recommendations, after which the bike fit like a charm.

   When I decided to get a coach, BJ was the obvious choice. He has helped me by providing structure to my training. I no longer "just ride". I like that he has a vast knowledge of training, racing and bike mechanincs. BJ always has the answer to my questions and is very timely in replying. He really tailors the training to your personal goals, listens to your input and explains everything really well.
