I look forward to Cycling Peaks camp as a great start to each season. It’s a great help to bring early season training into focus—a cycling boot camp to shake the winter cobwebs from the legs and the head.
Camp an intense week: skill drills, sprinting, TT, and lots of hill climbing. Food and massages are right there. I just concentrate on each day’s riding. Sort of a very well supported week-long stage race without the stress.
Great staff and lots of fun. It’s the kind of training I just never could manage on my own.
