   Don Russell has been of great help to my focusing on what is important in racing.  At my age, I don't find too many women racers 40+ - 50+, but at least now, I have a fair chance to mix it up with the women.    I have seen progress and improvement overall in the way that I approach a race and it has had a tremendous impact on my self-esteem.   I am glad that I have found a coach who has made a difference.  I may not have continued to compete in cycling otherwise.
