Details:

Current National and/or World Cycling Champions (First Place / Gold medal only) : Peaks Coaching Group and Pactimo will grant ONE championship jersey per athlete, per year, at NO CHARGE for current* champions. Athletes who are a current national and

world champion are eligible for one of each jersey.  

Past National and/or World Cycling Champions (First Place / Gold medal only) : Peaks Coaching Group and Pactimo will allow the purchase of one or more past championship jersey(s) at a reduced cost of $55.00/ea for championships won in previous years.

This PCG custom championship jersey will be the same material and cut as our current jersey (Pactimo Ascent Aero Jersey - short sleeve).

Matching bibs and arm warmers are also available. Jerseys and other apparel will take 6-8 weeks to arrive. 

Program participants are encouraged to remit a photo of themselves wearing the jersey to info@peakscoachinggroup.com. All photos submitted may be used in promotional materials or published or shared in digital or print media. 

*Current championship is defined by governing body of competition. 

Most fields below are required. Failure to submit all necessary information may lead to unfulfilled requests.  Separate forms must be submitted per championship order. 

Once your order is submitted, someone from our office will contact you to collect payment information and provide you with estimated shipping costs. Shipping costs for current championship jersey is provided at no charge however, shipping will be billed for additional items ordered ( i.e. bibs and arm warmer).
