2023 Nutrition Challenge

For 2023 we will be using the Trainerize app. This will allow our nutrition and wellness coaches the ability to integrate your 6-week meal plan. This also offers a social platform for the group to interact, ask questions, and gain feedback on nutrition as well as other metrics.


This year it's not necessarily about losing weight though by all means if that is your goal, we will help you get where you want to be! This year is more about making healthy choices with your diet, and creating optimal performance for 2023.  So, whether you want to eat healthier, boost your athletic performance, or lose a few pounds;  WE are here for YOU!


We also have massive savings for challengers on training plans, Hunter's Yoga for Cyclist DVD, and Nutrition Coaching. All challengers will have the opportunity to get up to $300 off on Nutrition Coaching for the 2023 season.

Challenge starts: JANUARY 9, 2023

Utilizing the virtual platform Trainerize, participants will be able to integrate a flexible meal plan according to their personalized food preferences and calorie goals. All while incorporating other data including sleep, biometrics, and wearable data if desired.

There will also be a mid-point webinar to check-in with everyone. Hunter will also be doing a webinar on continuous glucose monitoring and what you can do to keep your blood sugar stable.

Having lost and maintained a 50 lbs weight loss for over 23 years, Anisa Bernstein developed a passion for helping others do the same. She has counseled and coached numerous others to achieve healthier lifestyles through diet optimization, healthy habit formation, and exercise. She particularly enjoys coaching military, veterans, and athletes of all types to help them achieve their goals, whether it's fat loss, muscle gain, endurance, strength, weight maintenance, or just looking and feeling their best.  

She loves Pilates, strength training, ballroom dancing, and spinning. She has completed 2 half-marathons, a marathon, and competed in a natural physique competition as well as numerous ballroom competitions. She understands the importance of fitting nutrition into your busy life without it taking over your life. She believes food can work for or against you, and coaches on the importance of listening to your body and fueling for your day, no matter what it may bring.

Dr. Kevin Bernstein is a Sports Medicine Physician with personal interests in lifestyle medicine, human performance, and sports nutrition. He enjoys helping all people in their journey towards healthier living, especially through optimization of diet. He loves working with athletes at all levels to achieve their personal goals to include weight loss, muscle gain, weight maintenance, and optimizing energy levels. He loves cycling, weight training, and maintaining an overall active lifestyle. He partners with his wife, Anisa, to help provide guidance to clients enrolled in our nutrition programs. 


Dr. Bernstein has personally lost 80 pounds and has kept the weight off for nearly 2 decades. He is knowledgeable on all types of dietary preferences and has dedicated his career towards keeping up with the literature to maintain an evidence-based approach for lifestyle medicine including all diet types. As someone with an autoimmune disease, he has a significant appreciation and understanding for foods that interact with the body, especially when it comes to the inflammatory response. He believes that exercise AND food are medicine.
